  • PAMP HONORED AT AITI ASSEMBLY

    PAMP was pleased to join with local companies in Lugano last month at an event celebrating the businesses of its home canton of Ticino, Switzerland.

    The event held on April 27th was attended by PAMP Deputy Director Fiorenzo Arbini and was organized by the Ticino Industry Association (AITI) at the Lugano Art and Cultural Centre.

    The assembly came together to celebrate local companies that had reached a major anniversary over the period of 2017-2018. PAMP was honored for its recent milestone of 40 years in operation while the other 26 companies represented had milestones ranging from 30 to 120 years.

    PAMP is proud of its home canton of Ticino and was honored to be celebrated alongside so many distinguished companies. Commitment to the local community is one of the core components of PAMP’s social and environmental responsibility measures and the company is consistently looking for ways to make positive contributions and enhance its local relationships.

  • PAMP CO-SPONSORS UNICEF FUNDRAISER IN TICINO

    PAMP was pleased to join with other Ticino-based companies at Hotel Splendide Royal in Lugano last night for a charity event organized by the Swiss Committee for UNICEF.

    The event entitled 'Ticino's Commitment To The Children' raised CHF 60'000 to benefit the organization's vital efforts aimed at assisting children worldwide.

    UNICEF CEO Wolfgang Gemünder extended his gratitude to all companies present for their support of the endeavor, which aims to fight chronic malnutrition in children worldwide. Local sponsors of the event included BancaStato, Assimedia, Pentagram and the Mendacta Foundation for Life.

    During the event, PAMP awarded one lucky participant with a 10 gram gold Fortuna bar, which was presented by PAMP CEO Nadia Haroun. The event also featured live entertainment from comedian Leonardo Manera.

    PAMP was honored to co-sponsor the event as part of its commitment to its local community and institutions. The bond between UNICEF and Ticino grows stronger every year, and PAMP is delighted to be a part of that relationship and to support the organization's global missions.
